I don't mind taking money from the casino but it must be within their rules by which I agreed to play. The wins are all the more sweeter.

Real mentioned an interesting point. The human brain is not a device but when it is used effectively it is frowned upon because the casinos lose money. I've never witnessed this personally so it's a presumption I'm making based on what other have reported.
I think finding a weakness that casinos have overlooked and using it to your benefit can't be seen as cheating; like biased wheels. It is their fault for not servicing their wheels.
The idea of playing in a team is also not cheating.
Whatever way you use what you naturally have to win is fair play. Your brain is your best asset.

It has been ruled in an UK Law Court that such devices are not illegal as they do not interfere with the wheel .
That Casinos don't allow their use  is a different  matter. They are entitled to  apply their own rules .

Playing with a roulette computer in the UK is NOT cheating.
