It's not really about me, Sceps.  It's what lm doing...
Almost no one goes so much in detail when studing dem wheels. Maximum folks do is linear regression by one variable. I do multivariable/ multivariate regressions in my studies. Besides that l simulate multiple variants of posible future situation development. Even if you look how to do it online or in books... chances are you do not find how to do it. Nothing besides generic statements. As far as l know , l pionereed or redescovered way to do it myself.
There are maybe few people out there doing similar, as you can gess, they work investment funds, insurance companies,  major banks management. ... very rare to find someone with this understanding in roulette.
I myself slowly moving my interests in investment business  and trading. At least there l not depend on team members and all stats is ready available with Google and some payed services.

So, let's say I am betting 6 numbers and all 6 of them are are running above expectation over at least 200 spins.  If one of these numbers has gapped (but its still in top 6 of all numbers) and it hits twice within 15 spins, that is a good number to bet?  Or is there more to the pattern I should be looking for?

200 past results is not really a reason to bet or take decisions.  If it would be spins.... maybe it could be interesting.
I would look if these numbers are somehow related. If not, do they hit in groups? However 200 spins... not enough probably.
Take 5k numbers, upload sample, then l tell you what you could be looking there.
