There's not really a limit. After each spin, the odds of the streak continuing are the same as they were on previous spins. You're trying to step outside of probability by exploiting a loophole that doesn't exist.

It's very easy to create a progression, if you want one and there are a zillion ways to do it. I suppose you can just start with bet X and then multiply that amount times 1.5 in order to find the next bet.

Rather than using an up as you lose progression the progression I'd run would be a reverse Labby.
