So let's begin the fun!!
 All Vb3 designed systems( forms) have in common:
1. Elimination of need to gess particular revolution of the ball ( it focuses on ball speed)
2. Provision of immutable point of reference into the spin ( specific ball speed moment)
3. Ability to predict in desired moment of the spin ( limited by physical/visual capability of user only)
4. Ability to predict much earlier into the spin without loss of accuracy  ( with expirience...spin type( ball throw) detection is required). 
     Ability to read ball speed and deceleration pattern provide player with new serie of advantage play methods not discussed openly previously.  Like precise ds, bias by vb, dinamic bias play...ets.
    There are 7 stable forms of Vb3 "products"( methods designed with vb3). Each one of them is good for particular conditions combination.
    I use vb3 to design method of prediction/ exploration for wheels that my students gonna play out there. Vb3 functionality is avaliable only for these who finished vb course with me and decided to work with me further.

 So.. how does it work?
  Software to function need ball rotation timings collected ( minimum 1 spin for specific ball/ ball throw type, maximum 50). Case where 50 spins is required is when studies on unfamiliar wheel/ ball combination are performed... players are not required to do it, unless they really want to. Best timings can be from video of high resolution,  but if player know wheel model and ball type, similar timings can be found from library of spins that l already collected ( matching these 2).
    Why compensation methods work in general?
   It's due to the fact that ball deceleration curve is very stable in majority of ball rotations ( excluding ball knee point moment ) and wheel moving opposite direction then ball. Wheel moviment can compensate for ball deceleration to some degree.... there gonna be a speed of wheel that compensate perfectly distance that ball "loose" in specific time interval...for other speeds compensation will produce error of some pokets  ( +/-) depending on ball measurement starting speed.
    Software permits to find optimal wheel speeds to play and ball speeds to identify and map resulting errors in compensation as offsets( for other wheel speeds), creating kind of map ( card of offsets) wich is called " prediction" or "reading" model.
   Such a model gives player ability to read ball speeds precisely in any or almost any rotor speeds with very little effort and very high precision outperforming any roulette computer on the market. It's a most dark side secret related to Vb. ... PRECISION OF VB OBSERVATION WITHOUT CLICKING ERROR. Real time reading ( with adjustment for visual ability of cause).

One usage example of vb3 systems family:
   It permits to take a reading from 2 diamonds ( in case of 2-3 diamond game. One after other....
Vb3 show number under the ball it's associated with specific  ball speed and place where we start the time. If number is same or similar under both diamonds( rotor speed rulls), ball speed reading belong to both diamonds inside same " ball revolution window ". Astitute reader probably gessed by now that it's a way to define overlaps as well ....
