Wonder if live dealer roulette thing is fair enough !!

Hi all,
I just thought to ask for help from people, who had interest and knowledge of online roulette; specially of live dealer roulette.
I was thinking recently to play online live dealer roulette with   real money but thought to study a bit if this is fair enough.
I thought a thing that if two people from different device join a same live dealer roulette table and wager in opposite color and get the same result then it might be considered as fair enough since thus it could be proved that there won't be any interference on one's winning streak or something.
Another thing I won pretty big sum few couple of times from online roulette site which allow me to consider these fair. Though once while I won £34,000 in William hills; they did blocked me for time being and took two weeks to pay me my withdrawal while usual time was three working days.
Anyway may I take the opportunity to ask people for their advice, belief and experience about online roulette and specially about live dealer roulette thing. Regards.

Unless he is talking about virtual bets or a No Zero table it is not smart to bet both EC on the same spin as you cannot win but can lose if zero occurs. IMO

You are very much right, bet limit is first weapon of house to limit player's win which bother most. Only positive thing about a odd bet limit is it that helps to take instant decision for not to try the table. I even found an online casino immediately raise the minimum bet for red/ black from ten pence to one pound after I had a pretty handsome win. Some casinos which offer minimum 100 unit for even bets seems weird to me like a ''don't play'' notice rather could be used.
I know that tolerable bet limits with little room for players to win may be Appreciatable some time, specially when an andralin rush would hardly allow me to stop raising bets unless I finish even a healthy bank roll; but still way too tight bet limits are not onely of no use but also create kinda tense vibe to see.

I understand casinos might keep those tight bet limits from the constant insecurity they had to go through for losing money, since they know a smart player would find a way to win some how at any conditions. Like when we can't wager bigger amount at red/ black or at even bets; we'd go for street or double streets, I even tried to put chips around my desired number to level it up at a higher wager.
But the thing is an odd looking bet limit can kill the beauty of a game whether it for roulette or black jack or any other. Seeing a Bet limit like that reminds me the very presence of money in the game and pops up some starnge tense vibe which really they do not have to.
Roulette is an absolute fun for me where I can exercise my brain for hours willingly with joy. If I want to win money to buy an extra drink for me that should be ok i suppose, as creator of James Bond roulette system told a person could buy a decent dinner after a win using the nice system.
Roulette is not only about money since everybody some how earns money and there are lots of ways where people are earning money using far less of their brain. Like in online forex trading I found a person can earn much more bucks using less bank roll, less risk, less effort and more over with less use of one's brain.

Recently I register in a new online casino and couldn't see their roulette tables and bet limits unless I process the register criteria but as soon I as I've seen their roulette table bet limits I knew the time is wasted.

So far I've seen different online casinos I found William hill live dealer casino tables were with much room of bet limits like from 1 - 8000 units maximum as I can remember.
That's quite good still I've seen in this forum one persons mention that he plays his roulette stating from pennies, that means he plays in USD and might be enjoys a greater flexible bet limits at where he plays.
