What cities would you consider for a top ten list of the best cities to visit specifically to play roulette?
Foe each city named, give a short reason for the nomination.

Not exactly a city but my favourite place to play whenever I have been able to visit has always been Genting Highlands high on a mountain deep in the heart of the Malaysian Rainforest.

Why?

Because it's just such a magical beautiful place for its scenery, being able to walk with ones head in the clouds and the cable cars one has to take to reach it.

In much of Europe, there aren't many great cities left for professional gamblers.

The reason is that in a rush to become progressive many of you have lost your civil rights.   The casinos there are both predators and parasites.  They feed on the poor and ignorant.

You often need club cards or ID just to get approval to enter the casino.  In order to cash out in your casinos you need to show ID or have a club card.  Every transaction you make is recorded.  This means that it's easy for the casino's software to pluck out the consistent winners/APs from the crowds and ban them.   Since many of your casinos are linked, consistent winners find themselves banned from entire countries after having been banned from just one casino.

Why was this allowed to happen?

Now many of you are trying to give away even more of your rights by gambling online.  These aren't casinos.  They're just parasites.  You should petition/protest to have them removed from your countries.

From paradise in the clouds to giving away civil rights. Didn't realise the question would provoke such emotion.

Bedsit Botter, the picture is awesome.
If I were to set up a bucket list  travel itinerary to visit ten stunning casinos, the Genting Highlands casino would definitely be on the list. Another would be the Monte Carlo casino in Monaco simply for its history embedded in roulette.

I don't detect any emotion in what's been written.   Only facts. ;)

Ok, Bedsit Bot's post is a little frilly, but he's a robot so ignore the adjectives.

I lost both times I went there  :'(  I will return one day for a third attempt.

Malaysia is a good country for an Englishman because it's cheap living once you convert your pounds.
You can stay in a top hotel and feel like a king cheaply.

Easy to get a nice girlfriend too just being white and a little bit rich is enough.

Monte Carlo I have never visited but I would like to.  Nor have I reached the gamblers Mecca Las Vegas.
I need to raise considerable funds first to do either.

I always chose the Asian countries in the past because of the cheaper living costs.

When I play roulette I always think it should go hand in hand with fine dining, good drink, expensive hotels.

I tend to stay as many days / weeks / months as I can before I lose all at the wheel then I come back to the UK and try to earn, beg, borrow or steal as much money as I can and then go and do it all over again.
