Do you sometimes go for the big win?
« on: April 24, 2016, 11:09:38 PM »
I play a lot, but do it mostly carefully, which means I very often can do some small winnings. It happens when I got a plus of about 5 Euro, I put it all on a plein. Of course most of the time it is lost, but it is not hurting, the same price as a lottery ticket which never win, and if it do it is about the price of the ticket. Lottery odds are very bad, it can be 50% pay out.

If 5.5 Euro hit the pay is 200 Euro, Close to a weeks retirements pay (after tax) for me. So it is in a way some money, but not Big. I have in some cases made a parlay again (200 is maxbet there I play). Once last year I got it. Some of my friends think it is foolish staking 200 Euro, they think I should keep the 200. This people buy lottery tickets for 10-20 Euros a week and never winning. It was  5.5 Euro, the same amount as a ticket from beginning I used, and the chance of getting near 7500 Euro is far better parlay a plein twice then by a lottery ticket.

I sometimes use 0.05 chips trying t catch a streak and decide to spend a few Euro on the attempt getting 10 winnings i a row using martingale up on a win. This has up to now never happend. Parlay on DS and streets have been successfully  done many times.

I totally agree that the exponential power of Paroli is enjoyable, exciting (adrenaline) and addictive.

Here is the best example:

All the videos promise a profit. The videos show only a fewspins betting  a system. The word strategy is also used for systems. Short run system sessions can not promise a profit. Basic for success is, start betting after a losing streak and run after a win.
