whats the best system program
« on: January 11, 2016, 08:16:02 PM »
i would like to be able to write simple programs and check results, example wait for 3 of the same dozen, then bet other 2 dozen, once, then wait again for 3 in a dozen, bet again, in a progression and run this over thousands of spins, can any body recommend a program to test this and others on

Why don't you ask Spin-Dizzy to code it for you? There's a section here for that very purpose.

Spins, you shouldn't have to test this.  Just use some basic arithmetic.

Long term expectation x total amount bet = your long term loss.

Thanks for sharing your theory Real but Spins would like to develop his own theory, so please don't discourage him.

Your behavior is as one who is obsessed.

"Learn from the mistakes of others, as you will not live long enough to make all of the mistakes yourself." -Written by someone wiser than me.

You didn't learn addition and multiplication all on your own, you were taught.  The same thing applies to basic probability.  Here's a great place to begin learning:  Wizardofodds.com

LOL.  If you mean following mindless theory without actually investigating how statistics actually work for yourself, ya that's a great place to start.

Ya so?

I believe what I can see, demonstrate and prove not what other people tell me to believe.

Reyth,

Why is it that the less someone knows about gambling and basic probability the more certain they are that everyone else that does understand it is wrong?

Hubris...look it up.

NO.  You look it up.  Its not hubris to believe what you can PROVE is true and nobody should do otherwise.

You can name and accolade drop all you want, MS ain't the one that determines how long a streak will last or how many successive appearances of results there will be.

Btw quit pretending that your theory is objective fact because it ISN'T.  Look up THEORY and then get back to me.
