My First Games With The Kavouras Betting System
« on: May 03, 2015, 11:27:18 PM »
Welcome Dear Reader!

This thread & my experiences with the Kavoras Bet have undergone significant evolution since I first posted it.  I have a fully developed system with the Kav and various data points scattered about.  Directly below are some navigational links to avoid having to dig through the many pages.

MMKay?  Someone help me out because I am just a gambling hack but I am so excited because I have FINALLY found a roulette system that actually has the game beaten!  I mean sure we all know the Martingale must win and betting inside stations of any number must win as well but practically speaking, those systems do not win in real life because the casinos have made it impossible with betting limits.

Here with the Kavouras, we have a simple 8 units that literally holds the power of the wheel in its hands.  This system literally tells the wheel how much money it wants and the wheel must obey!

I can go on and on but instead here are my first two games using the system and I'll let you be the judge.

My First Games With The Kavouras Bet
----------------------------------------

1)-8   -8

Well this is no way to start eh?

2)+1   -7
3)-8    -15

At this point the losses have exceeded the ability of 1 unit to repay and so the betting amount must be increased.

4)+46   +31

And there is the result.

5)+1   +32
6)-8    +24
7)-8    +16

Profit levels are threatened so once again we increase the bet amount.

8]-20        -4
9)-32       -36
10)+82   +46

After very slight resistance, we hit a new high and gain strength.

11)-8   +38
12)+4   +42
13)-8   +34
14)-8   +26

Profit levels threatened.

15)-20   +6
16)+4   +10

The double street runs interference allowing a "free pass" from bet raising.

17)+58   +68

Once again a new high.

18)-8   +60
19)+10   +70
20)+1   +71
21)-8   +63
22)+1   +64
23)+10   +74
24)+10   +84
25)+4   +88
26)-8   +80
27)+10   +90
28)-8   +82
29)+4   +86
30)+4   +90
31)+10   +100
32)+10   +110
33)-8   +102
34)+4   +106
35)+10   +116
36)-8   +108
37)+10   +118
38)+1   +119
39)+10   +129
40)-8   +121
41)+10   +131
42)+4   +135
43)+1   +136
44)-8   +124
45)+10   +134
46)-8   +126
47)+4   +130
48)-8   +122
49)+1   +123
50)+10   +133

And the game finishes with normal bet flow and in full control with 133 units won.

1)+1    +1
2)+4    +5
3)-8      -3
4)-8      -11

Our gambling existence is endangered and something must be done.

5)-20   -31
6)-32   -63

Encountering some resistance.

7)+4   -59

Running interference.

8]+82   +23

BAM!  RESISTANCE IS FUTILE BABY!

9)+4     +27
10)+1   +28
11)+4   +32
12)-8   +24
13)+1   +25
14)-8   +17

Profits are about to disappear, time to jump into action.

15)+34   +51

Just what Dr. Kavouras ordered!

16)-8   +43
17)+10   +53
18)+4   +57
19)+10   +67
20)-8   +59
21)-8   +51
22)+4   +55
23)-8   +47

Didn't feel like leaving this profit tier.

24)+35   +82

But entered a better one.

25)-8   +74
26)+10   +84
27)-8   +76
28)-8   +68
29)+4   +72
30)+10   +82
31)+10   +92
32)+1   +93
33)-8   +85
34)+10   +95
35)-8   +87
36)-8   +79
37)+10   +89
38)-8   +81
39)-8   +72

Hitting the bottom of the tier.

40)-20   +52

Some resistance.

41)+58   +110

BLAM!  EITHER PAY ME WILLINGLY OR I'LL JUST SIMPLY TAKE IT!

42)-8   +102
43)+1   +103
44)+4   +107
45)-8   +99
46)+10   +109
47)-8   +101
48)-8   +93
49)+4   +97
50)-8   +89

No 80's profits for me.

51)-20   +69
52)-23   +46

The usual resistance.

53)+82   +128

And the usual all time high profits.

54)-8   +120
55)-8   +112
56)+10   +122
57)-8   +114
58)+10   +124
59)-8   +116
60)-8   +108

Sorry not dropping out of the 100's

61)-20   +88
62)-32   +56

Deja

63)+82   +138

Vu

BABY!

64)-8   +130
65)-8   +122
66)+10   +132
67)+10   +142
68)-8   +134
69)+1   +135
70)+4   +139
71)-8   +131
72)+1   +132
73)-8   +124
74)+1   +125
75)+4   +129
76)-8   +121

LOL.  The 120's are for chumps.

77)-20   +101
78)+4   +105

Always love the interference, double streets covering my back.

79)+58   +163

The results speak for themselves.

80)-8   +155
90)-8   +147
91)-8   +139

OUCH!  Who put ketchup in YOUR Cheerios!?

92)+1   +140
93)-11   +129
94)-32   +97
95)+4   +101
96)+82   +183

Had interference and quite the profit to deal with the resistance.

97)+1   +184
98)-8   +176
99)-8   +168
100)+4   +172
101)+10   +182
102)-8   +174
103)+1   +175
104)-8   +167
105)-8   +159

Oh ya, love the 150's!  NOT!!

106)-20   +139
107)+4   +143
108)+58   +201

OH SICK!

109)+4   +205
110)+1   +206
111)+1   +207
112)+10   +217
113)+1   +218

Yawn.
Take two black chips and call Dr. Kavouras in the morning!

I will be uploading more games into this forum to further prove that what Kav has done is truly beaten roulette.
I mean, if I am a simple hack and know this, how does he even handle the fact that he has truly accomplished this??

Not bad for 25 spins.  This is what can happen when the 52% chance to get paid comes through frequently.  It CAN be an easy road to profits.  Maybe this took me all of 5 minutes *12 = $1200 hr.  KACHING!

This one wasn't quite as easy, requiring several attacks to get the job done but that's the key to the Kav, IT GETS THE JOB DONE.  Like the guy that got banned in Britain said: "It's all about the maths!".  When you have a 52% chance for profit with the ability to win 10 units 25% of the time, winning is truly a piece of cake!

Ok so what happens if the wheel refuses to cooperate and gives us far less than expected results?

Well I'm glad you asked. Let's see what something like that looks like from actual play:

1) -8                -8
2) -8               -16

A double loss to start.  Certainly the worst possible opening.

3) -20      -36
4) -32      -68
5) +4       -64

Interference from the double streets helps to minimize the damage.

6) -44      -108
7) -47      -153
8] +4      -149

But even with the double streets covering my back, the losses are relentless and the 10 payout is overdue.

9) -68      -217
10) -80      -297
11) +4      -293
12) +178   -115

Ok finally it hits.  One major problem that I need to address for the future is how this win amount was WAY too small.  Since I am a hack, I have been simply flat raising 2 units on the splits & double street (I leave the 0 corner alone).  I haven't even tried to determine what my target income goals are (I only know that +1 unit doesn't pay enough) and this sequence has let me know that I need to be aware of these things, monitoring the amounts on the table and what my expected winnings need to be.

13) -92-207
14) +202    -5

Once again, improper bet sizing fails to gain the necessary profit.

15) +1      -4
16) -8      -12
17) -20      -32
18) -32      -64
19) +82      +18

Ok we finally get out of the woods.  Notice that my perceived 200 unit bankroll requirement was blasted through in this session (200 units is probably a reasonable bankroll to have).  Now of course, since I had such a hard time of it, I could of just ended the session with an 18 unit profit but past results have no bearing on future events (this session isn't "cursed") and so I decided to continue.  I am glad I did because it is going to teach me alot about the Kav system and force me to tighten up the ship so I can weather these sequences when they come up.

20) +1      +19
21) -8      +11

I decide to attack here since profitability is in direct threat.

22) -20      -9
23) -32      -41
24) -44      -85
25) -56      -141
26) -68      -209
27) +155   -54

The very worst sequence I have ever encountered and AGAIN I fail to properly bet size and miss the mark which requires me to continue the attack (a very dangerous thing to do as you don't want to put 25% directly to the test).

28) -68      -122
29) +4      -118
30) -83      -201
40) -98      -299
41) -116           -415

And for my improper bet sizing I get knocked out of the game.

#1: Had I properly bet sized here, I would of avoided having to take 3 shots just to get the job done and would of stayed in the game.

#2: I need to become very familiar with bet sizing amounts and come up with a formula to determine what needs to be bet to properly address my losses.

#3: I need to examine the bet sizing in relation to bankroll to determine if 200,300 or 400 are safe bankrolls.

#4: I need to re-run this game with proper bet sizing to show what the results should of been for comparison purposes.

Ok so lol, Kav has made it easy for us.  There is no complicated formula to determine betting amounts (even though I tried to make one XD), it is simply divide your losses by 10 to determine how many units you need on the squares.  Now that I understand this, I can be much more frugal and strategic.

I have also learned to track when I start and end my attack, always keeping my profit goals in mind and noting when I raise.

See below:

1) -8   -8
2) -8   -16

The dreaded double -8 opening!

-attack-
-raise 1-
3) +4   -12

The attack begins with interference -- free spin!

4) -14   -26
-raise 1-
5) +34   +8
-end attack-

Efficient and accurate.

6) -8   +0
7) -8   -8

Willing to let this go for the moment.

8] +10   +2
9) +10   +12
10) +4   +16
11) +4   +20

Nice sequence!

12)  -8   +12
-attack-

-raise 1-
13) +4   +16
14) +22   +38

-end attack-

Nice move.

15) -8   +30
16) +10   +40
17) +10   +50
18) +10   +60
19) +1   +61
20) +4   +65

DAYUM! :O

21) -8   +57
22) +4   +61

-attack-

-raise 1-

I started this because the 10 shot was "due".

23) -5   +56
24) +4   +60

Free spin.

25) -14 +46
-raise 1-
26) +4   +50
27) +34   +84

-end attack-

Precision strike.

28) +10   +94
29) +4   +98
30) +10   +108

Way to end it.

I am much more lucid now and no longer am "raising in the dark".  I still need to re-do the ugly sequence above with proper betting though.  Think I will try that sometime tomorrow.

Ok, its pretty clear that I cannot recommend a 200 unit bankroll using this system.  The wheel is capable of blowing through that and only 200 units can be unreliable even with cautious bet raising.

This also brings me to ask the following question:

Exactly how many consecutive losses can I expect with this system?

Since the Kav has the statistical edge, I would suspect the maximum consecutive losses will be under 12 but I will run a computer analysis out to 16 billion spins to find out.  This should tell me what the safe bankroll will be.

KAV HAS DONE IT!  HE HAS BEATEN ROULETTE!

He has harnessed the power of inside betting stations but avoided the trappings of a unit cost that will exceed the table limits!

ITS PURE GENIUS!

1) -8       -8
2) +4      -4
3) +4      +0
4) +1      +1
5) -8        -7
6) +4      +3
7) -8        -5
8] -8        -13

-attack-
-raise1-
9)-14      -27
-raise1-

Normally I would of been raising 2 units here by default.  So I saved myself 2 units just by simply paying attention.

10)-20      -47
-raise2-
11)-32      -69
-raise3-
12)+94      +25
-end attack-

Lucid precision gets the job done!

13) -8      +17
14) +4      +21
15) +4      +25
16) -8      +17
17) +4      +21
18) +1      +22
19) -8      +14

-attack-
-raise1-
20) -14      +0
21) -14      -14

-raise2-
22) -26      -40
-raise2-
23) -38      -78
-raise3-
24) -47      -125
-raise5-
25) +4      -121
26) -86      -207 <====

-raise8-
27) +250   +43

This is a sufficient conclusion.  I will get started on the computer analysis tomorrow.

Wow!
Welcome to the forum Reyth.
Thank you very much for your kind words.
I had not have the time to read your posts carefully, but I will and commend.

[btw, Reyth is a real person, not just an "account name". He has a Google plus identity (he has commented in my post on G+) and a series of videos on youtube where he personally speaks about polyphasic sleeping. I say this because we see many fake testimonials. ]

Thank you sir.  I am honored to be here.  I am amazed at how "secret" your betting system is.  When I first looked at it my opinion went from intrigued to immediately quite low.

Its just something about how your wrote your article that kept nagging at me and when I discovered the Fisher System (which I was working with at the time) is flawed and ultimately unreliable (it might just be his bankroll suggestions but w/e), I came back to your system with an insight in mind about what your mysterious bet raising might be and how I could apply it to win.

I came to the full realization of it when I was out and about and man I couldn't wait to get back to the computer to test it out!  Took everything I had not to keep thinking about it.  Well now I am actually working with it and am as happy as a pig in mud.

Off to go run some spins!  See ya sir! And thanks again!

Wow.  Pretty astonishing.  I ran out of funds in the simulator and so couldn't continue the simulation but I did continue spinning the wheel and the next spin paid off the full 10 units (the 18 hit).  That would of been spin 19 which represents 16 spins since the last 10 payout which is 15 spins in a row without that payout.  16 spins would of been my guess (25%=1/4, 4*4=16).  Its definitely time for the computer to see where that max can actually be expected to be.

Clearly, cannot recommend a 400 unit bankroll although I personally am planning on using one shortly.  I see that it will be a bit of a gamble but to defray that risk a bit, I plan to play my session as long as I possibly can which should build a large table profit which in effect raises my bankroll and thus my ability to play successfully.

Wow.  Ok, at 16B spins, 25 spins was the maximum number without a 10 payout and where a 1 or 4 payout was counted as a -1 spin (no bet raising required).  As a side note, 21 spins held for quite awhile, into the multiple millions before being replaced by 23 and then eventually 25.

Ok, one consideration is that there is a natural "buffer" in every spinning session, which is the number of spins since the last 10 payout and extends to the first loss spin after the attack is begun.  So this buffer effectively lowers the 25 figure.

Also, the total number of spins is concretely buffered by the amount of winnings accrued at the start of the attack as none of that money touches the existing bankroll and with a win all that profit will be replaced with additional profit.

Another problem is that the betting progression can tend to be different from session to session as the loss amount (or profit objective) which drives it, can vary.

Using a couple of samples that we have:

Example #1
Buffer: 7
Effective Max Spins: 18

Loss Stream

(1)-14,(2)-14,(3)-40,(4)-78,(5)-125,(6)-121,(7)-207 which leaves 11 spins that I am having trouble quantifying.

Example #2
Buffer: 7
Effective Max Spins: 18

Loss Stream

(1)-26,(2)-21,(3)-45,(4)-45,(5)-81,(6)-146,(7)-254,(8]-426 which leaves 10 spins I am having trouble quantifying.

The question is, what is the total bankroll required to handle an effective 25 spins without a payout?

Let's assume two things: 1) Its too high of an amount to realistically have, 2) It hits the table limits before getting there.

That simply means that the buffer amount must be sufficiently high to make the effective 25 spins approachable.  In example 2, the bet amount at spin #8 was 24 which means a bet of 43 would be required so (9) ?  I just got 2064 which has to be impossible.  Surely somebody is better at this than I am.  Anyway, the idea is to see the maximum spin where a reasonable bankroll can be found.

Next, 25 spins is a product of hundreds of millions of spins.  It will be helpful to see the average number of spins over the test to get a more realistic working figure.

I am not sure why I am getting this figure and it seems to be wrong but I a showing an average of 2.69 spins between 10 payouts.  If this number is correct, it is far too low to use for any significant purpose.

Ok what I need to do is get a statistical breakdown of each of the spin numbers from 1-25 and see what percentages they occur to get a full idea of what we are looking at:

The total number of spins is 16,777,220,000,000.

(1) 990018 46%
(2) 531197 24%
(3) 285457 13%
(4) 153515 7%
(5) 82739   3%
(6) 44362   2%
(7) 23846   1%

[8] 12758  .5%
(9) 6803    .3%
(10) 3764  .1%
(11) 2053  .09%
(12) 1091  .05%
(13) 567    .02%
(14) 318    .01%

(15) 172    .008%
(16) 101    .005%
(17) 34      .001%
(18) 33      .001%
(19) 24      .001%
(20) 13      .0006%
(21) 6        .0002%
(22) 4        .0001%
(23) 1        .00004%
(24) 0        0%
(25) 2        .00009%

So for common working figures, we are looking for 7 spins where no wins occur as an operative maximum.  In my 15 in a row game, the actual spins with no wins was 9, the 10th spin being the 10 payout; we can see that occurs an average of 1/3rd of 1 percent of the time which is pretty rare. I am theorizing that would be seen somewhere in the order of once in hundreds of executed Kav attacks.  That required over a 400 bankroll and let's look at the rest of the spins in that category:

[8] 12758  .5%
(9) 6803    .3%
====> Seen one in a thousand Kav attacks (over 400 bankroll required)
(10) 3764  .1%

(11) 2053  .09%
(12) 1091  .05%
(13) 567    .02%
(14) 318    .01% ===> Seen one in 10 thousand Kav attacks (? ? bankroll required)

Well, at this point my working recommended bankroll is 500 units as I have yet to see a game break through that.  If I have less than that as a bankroll, I would try to get to the difference of that figure from your bankroll as soon as possible and keep it on the table while playing (winnings).

I do not understand the profits. Please let us also see the numbers. In that case I can controle the results with my excel program, There is a relation between the appearence and the pay out. I think your examples are not real roulette outcomes. I think you use a program.

Thanks for posting.
I am not sure what you mean by not "real roulette"; yes its an online wheel.

Secondly, the successive wins are to be expected -- Martingale and inside betting stations work 100% of the time (given unlimited funds & betting limits); this system (as I understand it) is based on inside betting stations.

Are you familiar with the Kavouras Betting System?  8 Units (stations) are placed about the felt in various ways.

When I raise the betting amount I raise it on the 5 split bets & the 1 double street.
I recommend you review the system here:
http://www.roulette30.com/p/kavouras-bet.html

If the numbers you need are in some way not disclosed by the above link, please let me know.

Thirdly, I have already put this system into a computer.  It leaks like a sieve and is guaranteed to lose, in the hands of a computer.  This system is specifically designed to be flexible through raising of bet amounts.  Initially when presented with this idea, my first thought was "what a crock, if you have a losing system, increasing the bets won't help", until I realized that with betting stations, raising bets is guaranteed to win (specifically its the 5 inside splits that accomplish this which are quite hidden until you specifically look for them).

Hope I can help further.

This is a game where I decided to raise a profit and hold it.  It is quite instructive because it shows the longest series of losing bets I have yet encountered & it demonstrates bankroll amounts associated with those losing streaks & an all time high betting amount which may exceed some table limits.

Bet #70 is the last 10 payout until bet #86, the number of bets without any wins from bet #70 is 11.  The total bankroll required for this sample game is 446+101=547+496= 1043.

Taking a look at the bet statistics:

[8] 12758  .5%
(9) 6803    .3% ====> Seen one in 300 Kav attacks (over 200 bankroll required)

(10) 3764  .1%
====> Seen one in a thousand Kav attacks (over 400 bankroll required)
(11) 2053  .09% ===> Seen 1 in 1000 Kav attacks (over 1000 bankroll required) *500 bet limit required*

====== ==============INACCESSIBLE DUE TO CASINO BET LIMITS ===================

(12) 1091  .05%
(13) 567    .02%
(14) 318    .01% ===> Seen one in 10 thousand Kav attacks (? ? bankroll required)

Now the above statistics are based on the way I chose to raise bets, shooting for all-time highest profits with each raise.  Maybe a more conservative approach could chip out an extra spin but I can't see how more than that could be accomplished, if even that.

So it appears I have found the bet limits for the Kav in the way I use it.  12 cumulative losses (not counting spins with 1/4 win) is expected to occur 1 in 2000 times.

I wanted to post this because I have changed my strategy slightly and wanted to document that as well as show a 10 virtual loss streak (seen 1 in 1000 attacks).

The change in strategy is that once I launch an attack, I remove the corner bet from the table completely; since I am not willing to raise with it, it is dead weight once an attack has begun.  Therefore, its purpose is to defray -8 losses as I am trying to let the normal Kav bet flow generate profits.  It also maintains the statistical edge with a 54% chance of a winning bet occurring.
