The question is not simple, unless you believe all in the world heard about win3million and knows instantly what CWB means.

Thanks Kav for the poll
Thanks Jasper for the reply.
Any other opinions?

The thing that makes me think that he was telling the truth is that he was describing something with very passion and with very specific clues.

It's scary that everyone doesn't immediately know that he did not, and for obvious reasons.

Definitely NO.

The man was a pirate. The whole thing was an elaborate hoax to swindle people out of their money.

He was reasonably successful too. Many people got caught in his wicked web of deception and handed him money.

I think his book is available in kindle for about £7 or so.
Why don't you buy it , read it and post a review here ?
One hint that it is nonsense is when someone  claims that he or she is not gambling when betting  roulette.

I have recently read his site through internet way back machine.
I see that he is describing a betting selection with passion and with certain clues.
This is why I was curious and asked you.

The guy is a gypsy scammer.  That's why he sounds like that.

Anyone that believes in the CWB needs to read more on the rules of the game, it's history, and the payouts.

It's disturbing the way some people can fall for such absurd scams.

Just for the record, this was all discussed at lengths on a lot of other gambling forums and both topics were found to be non existent with regards to a constant winning bet and as a system that works at all.

CWB - Constant Winning Bet

win3million - was another Baloney Festival for naive gamblers to go on a Snipe Hunt after.

It was the fake news. So many people gave this guy credence for many months. Just because it went on and on endlessly does not mean it ever worked. This is the internet. This is part and parcel of what you should expect.

I've no idea what win3million is.
If Constant Winning Bet means a bet that wins every time, then yes...... I believe it does exist.
