Can this be fixed at the forum!
« on: January 06, 2017, 11:50:55 AM »
If we type straight in the textbox for posting, and the time for the session went out, we lose all that is written. can it not be saved  or at least be kept until we have logged in.

I have lost my text a few times due to this.

Jesper if you logout and login again there is the option to stay logged in indefinitely.
Hope this helps

This problem is quite common in forums. My trick is to copy the text with ctrl+c before hitting "Post" button. If it fails, you can log in and paste the text.

I think still it is bad, I use the input window, and the program can not detect I am writing. I may stop posting if this remains. I use the spellchecker  and the it make sense to have  the program to check id the user is active before closing.

C'mon Jesper! :P

This happens with every forum.  It is very simple to have the habit of hitting ctrl-a, ctrl-c before hitting submit and you won't lose any post.

Let the pain remind you to hit ctrl-a, ctrl-c.

It spoils a lot. It would be easy to open the log in in an other tab, just that.
