When I thought about it first time my consideration was: which is the bet where i get the most money? It's straight up. But it's the hardest bet to hit. And which is the bet who is easiest to hit? Equal chances. So I tried to find a way to bet the way from equal chances to straight up.

Then I thought about the units to bet. For straight up I bet one unit, for example 1 $. For split I bet two units (2 $). For streets 3 units, for quarters 4 units, for double streets 5 units, for dozens 10 units, and for equal chances 20 units (20 $ in this example).

The idea behind 7 steps is to build up money with every step, so after the first step you play with money from the casino.

I start with step 1 playing on equal chancel and my winning goal is 20 units. You don't have to bet 20 units at once. You can divide that and play any strategy you want. But the winning goal is 20 units.

Step 2 I play any strategy on dozens, winning goal is again 20 units, so I have no 40 won.

Remember: step 1 and step 2 you can play any strategy you like, or divide the bets for more safety. But for starting with step 3 you should have 40 units won, because now starts my progressive.

Step 3 I simply play the double street which came just now. I bet 5 units on it. I I have won, I play step 4.

I I have not won, I bet 10 units on that double street, and 5 units on the double street which came now. If I haven't won again: 15 units and 10 units and 5 units - so I bet on three double streets. It's very probably that you have a win with these three bets. If you have lost all three bets, you have lost 10 units (10 $) and stop for that day. You can not loose more (after have won step 1 and 2 ;-)

If you have won you have to check your balance. Is it more than 40 - go to step 4, is is less stop playing.

Step 4 playing the same strategy as on step 3, but betting on quarters. The last quarter with 4 units and after a loss one more (4 + 8 ), than 4 + 8 + 12 and so on and so on.

The same with step 5 (streets) 3 units, step 6 (splits) 2 units and step 7 (straight up) one unit.

After a hit every new step only when you balance has increased compared to the balance when starting the step. If you had a winning and the balance is than lower then when starting this step: stop playing. And every step has to stop anyway when with progressive you will get below your starting balance.

That means, if you have won step 1 and 2, after that you can not more loose than 10 units (when loosing step 3), because at the progressive you stop in time. But on a good day you will build more and more units with every step. Step 7 is really fun and relaxed than, because you have built enough money from 6 steps before, to bet on straight up numbers long time without risk of loosing your money and the chance to get a very high hit.

I hope I have explained it now better. It's just a money management strategy, and the hardest part is step 1 and 2. But for that everyone can try to find the the best method for himself.
