Habits , good and bad, are hard to break kav.
So far as gambling  is concerned I think it should be continually stressed  that when gambling we "take a chance" but success cannot be guaranteed .

Kav first i have to say the video is based upon weak assumptions.
Even if you get similar spins, so can rotor speed and deflector hits be different.
A total of three random parameters that has to match and correlate into bias distance from release number to outcome.

Below is a sample to show that the dealer can spin the wheel into repeating amount of laps or rotations.
Similar spins in bold.

As we can see so is it rare that a dealer spins the same amount of rotation or laps.
They results are between two and four repeats.
Now much and difficult to take advantage of as we don't know the particular rotor speed are same or different when ball repeat with same amount of rotation or laps.
And upon that we don't know if we have the same deflector hits.

I just want to point out how difficult it is to find a signature based upon that bias patterns emerge from dealer point of view to create the condition for a signature to develop.
All change if some one measuring ball/rotor speed and determine dominant drop zone, but then we move from system play into light visual ballistics.

Cheers
