How is the experience from BM livecasinos here? It is a thread even discuss how fast they spin at BM
I have not visit a BM more than about 100 times in my Life.
I know the speed can be different, but seldom over 100/h. It can be as low as 30 on a FR Wheel
with all manual service, and sometimes hard to agree which bets belong to who,
Color chips are something rather new in Europe. It has been for a while, but not mandatory.

Checking a few tables, and bet on a trigger, means there  is no time to get color chips, which is valid on a specific table. We seldom "sit down" we rush at the table bet standing!

An anecdote from the early days of casinos: The boss was told that one person had won much.
The boss had one question: DOES HE SIT DOWN?
The answer was YES. So the boss did not worry!
Casinos were introduced some decades ago here in Denmark.
First the French jetons dominated our tables. But soon the colour chips took over.  What a relief!
At some point I counted the number of spins before midnight (I had to catch a midnight train back home).  Basicly I could expect to see at least 120 spins within the four hours before midnight.
To fight against the clock (missing at the table) is a rather stressfull experience.

Sorry Real you must have misunderstood me. We have color(no value) chips as standard. The playing value of these chips is decided by the player at the buy in.  Most players here use them at the table minimum.

As to playing speed  I have encountered tables spinning as slow as 15 spins per hour. Average speed these days is 25-30 sph. In the 70's casinos did not differentiate between inside and outside numbers. Most players played the EC's and Dozens. Payouts were made by matching the stack of chips. No counting was involved. This was very much faster and that was reflected in the speed of the spins.

When the Sun City casino opened in South Africa I played for 5 hours continuously every Friday night and for at least 10 hours on Saurday. The average speed a a fairly busy table was between 80 and 90. Later in the night when most of the punters were leaving the speed went up to over 100. I have personally played for hours at these speeds so it is no good telling me that they can't be acheived. Squire's book was published in 1968 when British casinos were legalized. In fact at the time of writing British casinos were not allowed an HE. That very quickly changed.

You may be an expert on the American game , but you are out of touch with the rest of the world.

I would say that in a very low activity table each spin can take less than 3 minutes, while in a high activity, very busy roulette table it can take more than 6 minutes between two spins.

I would agree with this.
However, a low activity wheel can get very fast if the dealer knows you're under the pump.
I have had dealers spin immediately after removing the dolly. At these times it's a benefit if you only play a few layout positions.

Many casinos now have real wheels manned by real croupiers that spin for dozens of touch screen consoles. These generally go at one spin a minute.

On these set ups you will see 100 spins in 1 hour 40 minutes.

The online roulette  offers also roulette games where you start spinning by yourself . There is a fast and slow button. Playing the fast button I can play more than 150 spins a hour.I have showed this  many times on internet. This requires a lot of experience and skill.

I think the time between spins (paying bets, allowing time for placing bets etc.) is a very important part of the game experience. It gives you time to breath and think.
Super fast dealers are to be avoided.

Kav I agree that slower play gives more time to think, but for players like Dobbelsteen and myself. Waiting more than  2 minutes for the  spin to be completed can be very  annoying.
Watching people pushing and shoving and changing their minds ( ? ), covering the layout with dozens of chips, makes me want to scream. The last spin can only have been a win or a loss. Either way I know what my next bet will be. I have it ready. It goes down the moment the dolly is removed.

How long does it take to spin 100 times in to a BM casino (average) ?

I usually play speed roulette at the casino.  All the dealer does is spin the wheel and bets are made on touchscreens.  This usually averages to about 45-55 spins an hour.  A normal table where the dealer also has to collect chips and provide payouts usually see about half the spins 25-40 spending on how busy it is.

I have clocked and documented in this forum a 500 sph with an online casino; this is an average about 1 spin every 7 seconds.  I don't think its possible to spin any faster and still bet a system.

Of course I am talking about RNG where we "spin the wheel" ourselves with a click.

Autospin there I play is about 4-5 spins a minute, but we have to stop(in time) changing bets, so it is normally about 200 spins an hour.

In live play in a brick and mortar casino, I found this reference table which seems quite accurate (yet on the fast (American) side) according to my experience.
Roulette spins per hour in relation to participating players:
