Do you mean G Melah website? If yes, l followed it for some time. Even made available his RBA suite on this forum to download and play around for limited time ( before deleting it all together from my cloud account and pc).
He had interesting ideas , but lack of imagination leaded him to nothing useful.
There was a time when l spoke with him by email... in short , guy is moron.  He didn't even bothered to fix  bag in his software that l reported to him, not speaking about adding requested functionality. As his argument was " l will not make changes in software by request of a single user"...
That was that ultimately leaded to creation of my excel software for roulette multivarate modeling  in multivariable environments.   Moral of the story..  if you need something good , do it yourself.
He just choose wrong side at this game, from players point of wiev , his software or recearch is garbage. Cretin casinos using such a soft is an easy prey.

@ryeth - to keep it short - hes one of the cats, and we are the mice...

@mrperfect - im sorry to say but i wouldnt believe a word that guy said to you as he is not your friend and probably didnt consider you one as you are trying to beat him at his own game

George Melas, in my opinion, is a rare glimpse at the internal workings of someone who wants the casino to succeed.

From his own articles

George Melas has been a Technical and Scientific Consultant to John Huxley (Casino Equipment) Limited. UK, since 1981. He is a Chartered Information Systems Practitioner, a Chartered Engineer. a European Engineer, an Expert Witness on Roulette and a member or several chartered institutions.

He is the brains.

Year. He is all of that. Don't take it too seriosly dow,  this " the brain" leaded to creation of probably weakest wheel from player point of view in hystory of roulette play. His school is English one... and as practice show, most of English engineering stuff is a joke.
