It's already exist there most of the time at the form of limited ball travel yardage and dealer himself. No need to add anything,  what permits player win is already there to be found and explored.
BTW,  just for your information.... wheels have poket separators, these produce " wind effect" on ball track when wheel is rotated. More qweak rotation , more " wind". It's direction is opposite to direction of ball rotation. Accounting for this " wind effect " you do actually able to "affect indirectly" ball travel yardage and how it will hit diamonds.
As you can see, wheel already has what you need, just learn to use it in your favor.

there are some combos that fit wheel and table aswell , for example 2 s and 5 s , split numbers , just wait not to appear for some time and then start betting , does a dealer knows something that we dont ?

Nearest thing to dealer revelation l sou was a product called " Dealer signature " from jafcoroulette website. That's a good explanation of what to do from " dealer" point of view.
He show good results on demonstration as well.... not only YouTube,  l met guy personally

he was speaking about 70 s ! then marty was not so popular ,and casinos not like nowdays , thats a big diference ,the guy always claimed that u can beat the wheel only using its layout ,not the table, i think its clear.he also told me about the split combos, like 1/4 , 2/5.

Have you ever analyzed the distribution patterns on the wheel's layout?
Let's say we take 37 spins samples, the most frequent pattern is hits scattered asymmetrically around the wheel's circumference.
It's very rare (if not impossible) to see any 12 sector of continuous pockets to have 0 hits, it's also very rare (if not impossible) to witness the perfect symmetry of the 24 in 37 with the pattern 0 hits,1 hit,2 hits every 3 pockets of the wheel.
Replace the pockets with spins, would you ever see 1 repeat per 3 spins for 12 times in a row?
I think not, but what all these mean?
Maybe nothing, maybe everything...!

There is no difference between a RNG sequence and a wheel sequence. There is a big difference between a system and a strategy. Systems can be programmed and analysed. These knowledge is a tool for a strategy.

I only play on the Multi Roulette and before betting I study the history of the last20 numbers and the stats of the last 50 spins. After all the years  I have a favourite strategy.

I do not bet on odds which I expected , but my  bets are based on odds which I think they will not fall.

I use more than one strategy and more than one table. My goal is to leaf the casino with a profit and not the feeling I can beat the roulette
