5 Dimes Scam
« on: May 03, 2017, 05:20:30 PM »
5 Dimes clearly says "$1 Minimum" on the Vegas Live Single Zero Roulette. However, this is false. You cannot bet $1 minimum on the outside bets. It's a $5 minimum. And I can find nowhere where they mention this on their site.

I have found a similar thing with Club World where they have posted there is a 1000 unit inside limit but come to find out its only 400 units.  I have heard that some casinos will even adjust the limits based on the player.

I wouldn't call it a scam though unless they somehow deliberately lied in order to gain your deposit.  With Club World, they have a free mode where I was able to discover the actual limit.

That IS the only reason I deposited on their site. That is the lowest live roulette bets I could find, so I deposited with the intention of playing the Single Dozen method. Now, my bankroll is not big enough to play, so I'll have to withdrawal.

Terminator
You can bet a dozen by putting $1    on each of the 2 double - streets. in your chosen dozen .
This might be of interest to you  though it is a $2 bet -twice as much as you planned..

Hmmm, I didn't think of that. Good point, scepticus. Ingenious.

However, I am hesitant to play on a site which has intentionally misleading information. Now I'm thinking what ELSE are they misleading about?

It seems customer reviews as of the last year have been favorable, though, so maybe I'll give it a shot. My bankroll is cut in half, but that's better than being cut by 80%.

Question. Can I make a similar bet for the Columns? I play both Dozens and Columns with the single dozen. If there is no trigger for the dozens, I play the columns trigger. Or, if both have a trigger, I play the better of the 2. This has been working out GREAT as the wait time is a lot less, and I get to choose the better of the 2 triggers.

No. It doesn't work with columns as they don't have streets or double streets- unfortunately.
