My Bet Voyager Account Emptied!
« on: April 29, 2017, 10:05:33 AM »
Yesterday, I ran across a new problem that is out of this topic. My love for the casino I'm playing betvoyager has ended. Yesterday I logged in and my account balance is 0€. Love turned into hate. They have emptied my account. Still trying to contact the support. So I warn you about betvoayger.

Last time I made deposit of 100€. I played the bullseye system and my account grew around 150€. Then I received a message from Bet voayger about their freespins weekends. I played those frees pins and made winning of around 60€. Bet voayager also has event lottery and I won 12€ by playing it. OK, my account was around 210€ after those winnings. Then I continued with bullseye system and account grew to 290. Then I had that bad streak and My account dropped to 216€. OK, I made few recovery sessions and my account stood 231€ after this. Next time I logged in  my account was 0€ and I had a message at my message box that reads:

Date: 28.04.2017 04:09:39 ProjectFrom: Support Subject: Expired bonus Dear *,

The term for your bonus has ended, therefore all bonus funds have been deducted from your account.
You may go to our Promotions page to find out more about new promotions which you can take part in.

 Regards,
 The BetVoyager Support Team

So by taking part to those promotions they are able to take all my money. I did not lose money and wagering requirements for those promotions were not met.

But how the hell they can take all my money from the account?

Those promotions are traps more you win more you need to wager to get it. And while on bonus all losses are yours and winnings are casinos if wagering is not met.

But why I lost it all? Since the wins  were around 70€.

Bet voyager is a scam casino and I'm getting insane.

I have tried to contact the support by skype and by the internal mail. But no answer.

Only a fool accepts bonus offers from a casino. But from foolishness grows wisdom.

Any and all Casinos have one common denominator when it comes to BONUS offers. If you have a deposit of your own money at said account, the Casino can bind that capital until you have fulfilled their wagering requirements. That requirement is usually somewhere between 30-80 times your bonus (some even put the deposit + bonus in said WR)  depending on the casino. The serious Casinos with good service and an honest game supervised by the usual Gambling commissions+iGaming Regulatory authorities have a low wagering requirement and never ceases your original deposit once the wagering period is over. The dishonest ones (usually American, a few Brittish and the Chinese Casinos) can take your deposit and in best case offer you a small reason why they acted like that, though any protests from your side seldom gets a response.

I have been studying the roulette and played it for over 20 years now. Throughout this period I have basically learned to spot a dishonest Casino very fast. With the introduction of online Casinos I also learned from a friend in the industry which Casinos to trust ( I have posted them on this forum in earlier posts).

The trustworthy Casinos never touches your capital or forces a deposit on you. They make swift payouts of any withdrawal requests (my best Casinos transfers my money within 24 hours). Should you by any reason have any complaint they listen and cooperate closely with you to solve them swiftly, because they know a satisfied customer always comes back for more.

Next time you feel to deposit money in a Casino, try to find out a bit about it before you rush in and bet on everything in sight.

And by the way, Bet voyager has one of the worst reputations in the market. The complaints on them are almost endless. You should have at least used Google before stepping into their honey trap like a drunk sailor, looking for some action.

Dear *,

When a bonus is received, it must be wagered a certain amount of times before it can be converted to real money.
Having received a bonus, all further bets count towards wagering, i.e. any winnings and losses are treated as bonus money.
Since you have won from the Free Spins, any bets you further placed in other games (including No zero roulette) counted towards wagering requirements and all the wins made were treated as bonus money, which were then written off when the bonus expired.

We hope this helps and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions,

That's it? I just got scammed

Both yes and no.

Yes, you got scammed because you rushed into a casino that you didnt check up online before signing up.
No, because you failed to read the bonus terms before accepting a bonus to your account. I assume you did this because of your inexperience with online casinos. Had you read the terms I assume you would have said no and withdrawn your money from a casino with such rules that are basically a "scam" only as long as the client fails to read the fine print.

If you want to join a really good and honest casino online with LIVE game from their own physical casino location I suggest Portomaso and Oracle Casino on Malta.  they are found on portomasolive com (check my older posts for more info.)  When you sign up just say no to any offering by them to add a welcome bonus to your deposit (and even later bonus offerings in your email) and everything will be just fine. Further on I suggest you always take a image capture of you last account balance before exiting any Casino. At least then you have proof that can be submitted to the local Gambling regulation authorities, should the Casino itself refuse to accept your claims.

Remember, most European Online Casinos today make too much money to fight over small change from gamblers. They know gamblers satisfied with their service will return and lose all their money inevitably according with the House edge that works against the gambler on any given game offered by the Casino.

Good luck.

I apologize but if you DEPOSIT $100 and then WIN $70 but do not fulfill the SCAM bonus requirements, then the only money they have a right to touch (albeit its a SCAM) is the $70 (they should only be able to touch the pro rated percentage of it).  If they say they can take your $100 they are LYING.  No un-crooked judge in the WORLD will accept that BS,even IF its in the fine print (and I don't believe it is).  This is because illegal contract terms are not legally enforceable.

He lost his money the moment he accepted the bonus. In the world of Gambling, ignorance is a very expensive flaw.

The wagering requirement on his locked down capital was probably something in the area of 40 x his account balance (as it was a free spin scam trick where the casino didnt even credit his account with its own capital). That means he could not release his capital until he bet 8,000 € on the slot machines (100% deduction rate per bet amount) or 45,000 € on the roulette tables (25% deduction rate per bet amount).

I know this because I stepped into one of these tricks many years ago when i deposited a small sum in a casino named 888.com

Fortunately I decided to be really heavy on the roulette table with the available amount trying to maximize each bet size per spin. an original deposit of 100€ with a 100 matching bonus became a wagering rewuirement of 200*40*4 (the deduct rate was 25% per made bet)= 32,000€

I had to bet a turnover of 32,000 euros in order to release my deposit and any winnings from that ordeal.

The odds for that to happen with the most probable unitsize  considering the balance,  was astronomically in favor of the Casino that I went bust, and they knew that. (Hence the frequent bonus offers to all new visitors that most often think they accept free money). The trick to beat them was the SIZE of each bet amount and coverage of the table. I knew that if I could reach an initial balance of € 1,000 I could have good chance to reach the target. Fortunately I reach that 1000 target very quickly and after that it was all gravy.

Anyhow, when the battle was over, and the gunsmoke dispersed they were dead on the ground and I stood there smoking a cigarrette thanking them, very sarcastically, for having my money back and a small profit.

It was a very good lesson for future dealings with Casinos.  These days I play with such large sums at the roulette tables,  the Casinos don´t even bother to offer me bonus.

In their letter to Biobrick  Betvoyager wrote
"
Since you have won from the Free Spins, any bets you further placed in other games (including No zero roulette) counted towards wagering requirements and all the wins made were treated as bonus money, which were then written off when the bonus expired.  "

This could be interpreted as meaning that any further bets placed with ALL the funds in the account were  treated  as bonus money and ALL theses funds were confiscated  when the bonus expired . So Thomas Lear is right to think it is a " scam" - but a legal one.
Reyth is right to think that this should not be legal. Unfortunately  the LAW does not always mean the same as JUSTICE  .
Thanks to Biobrick  for this useful warning that ALL online casinos should not be trusted .

Date: 02.05.2017 13:41:42 Project: BetVoyager From: Management Subject: RE: I want my money back Dear Nintti,

We are sorry to hear about your message, but as the support team has already informed you, there was no error from the casino's behalf.

When you receieve a bonus, it must be wagered a certain amount of times before it can be transferred to real money account. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus funds will eventually be written down when they expire.

After receiving bonus money in the lottery, you have had both wins and losses in the games, during which you depleted your real cash funds. The resulting winnings were bonus money and since wagering requirements were not met, the bonus was written down.

This is not a violation and was done according to the rules stated in the casino's terms&conditions for bonuses: and we are sorry to hear you thought so.

We hope this clears the situation up and we wish you the best of luck in the future!

 Regards,
 The BetVoyager Management

I was so stupid. I still continue to play there but I never will take any bonuses or free money. Since I'm able to win there.
