@Jake,

Because that's the way i play. i just follow the original street count. but you can do it the other way, as i don't think it would make any difference.
just how i like it. have fun man.

Im just guessing on this... it looks like you count every other double street to pick the one you play? Thanks!

yes, i just use the street where that number belongs to, from left to right counting.

1-6 DS1  7-12 DS2  13-18 DS3

19-24 DS 4  25-30 DS 5  31-36 DS 6

this is the way i play when determin where to place the bet.

Now we need to make a recovery system for this method. maybe 3 levels.

Q: When is the best way to stop at a win/loss
Q: What will be the next betting level
etc etc.
Maybe Reyth can help, he is good with recovery level making for systems.

Maybe stop at spin progression 12. then we go into recovery. because on spin 11 we have had a number of hits and still im profit. or we need to look where the line crosses, where we don't have a new high and then go into recovery.

I just use the "Inside D'Alembert Guy's" recovery method.  It is simply:

1) Determine the maximum amount you want to lose in a single session.  That can be a lump sum amount like 500 units or it can be a progression (whatever the total is there).

2) Set up 5 recovery tiers each one adding the single session amount, multiplied by the tier.

3) This will yield a total amount if the worst case happens and all levels are lost.  This should be statistically balanced with the expected worst case direct drawdowns.

4) The key to this method will lie in winning well in the beginning (because its structred favorably) & "scrapping" back to profit whenever we encounter losses; we WILL ALWAYS encounter losses.

Thank you very much Reyth!

So if i read it right, i can use you nine waves progression also for this method, only then it will be like thisps, please correct me if i'm wrong.

For my method we then use the following basic progression:

spin 01  1 unit  / 01 total
spin 02  1 unit  / 02 total
spin 03  1 unit  / 03 total
spin 04  2 unit  / 05 total
spin 05  2 unit  / 07 total
spin 06  2 unit  / 09 total
spin 07  3 unit  / 12 total
spin 08  3 unit  / 15 total
spin 09  3 unit  / 18 total
spin 10  4 unit  / 22 total
spin 11  4 unit  / 26 total
spin 12  4 unit  / 30 total
spin 13  5 unit  / 35 total
spin 14  5 unit  / 40 total

After spin 14 we go into recovery mode. until now we used 40 units.

Instead of staying on the same DS in the recovery mode, i will track a new DS and start the first recovery level from there. this way i avoid a long sleeping DS. what do you think Reyth? For the first recovery level we use the following progression:
2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6
then move on when having another new DS target we go into the second recovery level:
3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7

3rd recovery level
4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8

4rd recovery level:
5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8 8 9 9

and the last recovery level:
6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8 8 9 9 9 10 10

After the fifth recovery level total units spend are:

Main Level: 40 units / 40 units Tot.
1e  R.Level: 54 units / 94 units Tot.
2e  R.Level: 68 units /162units Tot.
3e  R.Level: 82 units /244units Tot.
4e  R.Level: 96 units /340untis Tot.
5e  R.Level:110units /450units Tot.

this is around 1/3 from your 1200 +-

is this all correct Reyth? if not what would you change? thanks. Eddy

A DS system is a six number bet.
It is very easy to program the system in Excel and learn the features. The DTOP is rather big and that is the reason you can play  this system  with a strategy.
For the DS my favorite bet selection is 1-1-1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3.
You start betting the DS , which has slept for minimal 12 spins.
You have  a profit when the DS falls within 22 spins

Would you be willing to share an example of an Excel document you use for this DS? Thanks, dobbelsteen.

spin 10  4 unit  / 22 total
spin 11  4 unit  / 26 total

spin 13  5 unit  / 35 total
spin 14  5 unit  / 40 total

After spin 14 we go into recovery mode. until now we used 40 units.

Ok so its:

1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 = 40 units

I don't think you can avoid a long losing streak this way but I don't think there is anything wrong with it, per se.  The odds will always be better to stay on the DS that has slept the most; this is a statistical fact regardless of LOTT.

For the first recovery level we use the following progression:
2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6

Ok, there is nothing wrong with this progression, per se but the actual progression that IDG used would be a factor of 2:

2 2 2 4 4 4 6 6 6 8 8 8 10 10 = 80 units

And the same for all the other levels; i.e. level 3 is a factor of 3 etc.

You are betting 6 numbers for 14 spins, the chances of hitting there are 91.6% which can fail consecutively 7 times with a distribution of:

1.465618E+07 <=== 0 loss event
1230921 103408 8692 736 58 5 2

These numbers are out of 16M total coups.  I would tend to ignore loss events 6 & 7 and prepare for a consecutive failure of 5.

The goal is to try and double our bank as many times as possible before losing our table bank.

I haven't tested this for long term accuracy but it appears that being prepared for the worst consecutive drawdown will tend to hold us during the worst sessions.

We kind of have to test our own systems to gauge the behavior of the sessions and our ability to surf/scrap is part of the statistical picture.

This system of yours reminds me of numerology. I have tried some systems in the past made by a numerologist Roberta Cottone. The thing was that almost everytime worked incredibly, almost unbelievable, but to many spins until one of the numbers to be hit, up to 18 spins most of the time and I couldn't figure out a progression to rezist to strait up flat betting for about 6 to 9 numbers with a lower bankroll.

I have googled on Roberta Cottone..

I found a very long list of roulette papers. The problem is the Italian language. Please can you translate interested papers of her.

I have used Google translate and my intuition. And besides that she doesn't explain them very well...
