If you’re good in trading you can do more without all the problems avoiding to be detected or so on. Of course only a small percentage are very good and gain millions with trading a but it’s the same with roulette right ?

Questions and Answers / Re: Do high roller tables cheat?
« Last post by Fyodor on Today at 12:34:58 PM »
To address the question, posed by the title of this thread, seems to have been lost in the musings of Mr Majestic.
And, NO, "high -roller" tables, or any table for that matter, (in a legitimate, licenced casino) never needs to cheat.
The nature and compulsion of the game, is such that more than 65% of all money that goes across the table, in return for providing chips, jetons, tokens, or whatever you want to call them, stays in the house coffers.
Turnover may extend the life of the chip-bank, but the (individual player) outright losses, bite big chunks out of it, and even when a coup is hit, the house %, keeps a little for the service.
Whales or minnows, the rise and fall of fortunes effects them all on the same level, where the game is concerned.
Have played alongside the so described, "high- rollers" and, can say that I would consider none of them to be actual advantage players.
They were looking for the favourable streak, just like everybody else.
(Just from a much higher input point!)
The one major difference I have noticed, is that the "HR's" are treated with a feigned courtesy, and some consoling reactions (from staff) when they hit a dead patch.
As I have mentioned previously, there is a heady atmosphere and theatre attached to this salon game, and watching money being burnt, is only part of it, so is resisting the temptation to throw caution to the wind!

Jerome, do you realise money that can be made in roulette? Or edge? In trading you will never get over with high edge... in roulette you are welcome to take as much as you can ( as individual... unless you got a team).

Roulette Strategy Discussion / Re: Why Progressions Fail

There is no proof any bet selection is better than another. A proofed no random device can be attacked, and a selection based on that can work.

It is in this case (no bet selection can help if device random) impossible to for long win flat betting, as we must have a hit rate over expection all the time.

it's a wishfull thinking. You got no prove because you never looked for it. There is always bet selection that is better then other, there are just lazy folks who can not see it . Not math enough for such individuals.

Do you see... wheels are not perfect. They are not random,  because of that it's pointless to play them with systems.
AP player study imperfections of the wheel and how they ( imperfections ) affect wheels randomness and predictability. Then AP use this information to his advantage , that's why this type of player is called Advantage Player. It's because he can gain advantage over the house that is higher then HE ( house edge).
This way AP play positive expectation game. He issues prediction where ball wIll fall/ stop and he is right more times then simple expectation dictates.
For example,  imagine 3 number bet. It has to hit by itself 1:12, as expected naturally. With prediction it starts to hit 1:10 or better , providing advantage of 20% or more. Add proper money management to explore these 20+%... and you can see how game with HE becomes profitable, if players edge is achieved.   Now think about systems..  -2.7% is on all of your bets ( you do not predict).... on average you are expected to loose 2.7% of your bets on every bet...   it's a bad byseness plan to follow, isn't it?
You can follow my posts... l posted some references to videos and other stuff l made... so you can see yourself what this game can become if you get advantage to yourself, not the house. I do not say it's easy money, l just say it's possible.  It's a hard work... but it pays off.

It is in this case (no bet selection can help if device random) impossible to for long win flat betting, as we must have a hit rate over expection all the time.

A progression can help, we can end winning even if the hit rate is as expection or below. There is a cost, a fail progression can be expensive.

A random device is nearly impossible to beat, if the pay out is short. Any test will show, that a flat bettor on such devise may win, but very little.

A player use progression can lose, but also win, and in some cases the good runs can last long.

While compare we must count real spins, not any hocus Pocus waiting spins.

Progression fails for the same reasons as flat bets fail, the pay out is short.

I dont want to predict anything, mate. Just these cold-warming up-being hot-being again cold patterns process to understand, and use somehow create a functional, and profitable system.

The answers to your questions lie in predicting results. Unfortunately not even maths and physics can be used to accurately predict future results. Prediction remains speculation at best.
A good "complete" approach to playing hot numbers seems to be the only way.

MrPerfect,

So you dont play system, but knowledge of the wheel? You study the real casino wheel, and basod on you betting or etc? I just dont get it, what AP playert really do, and HOW they do, because here I often listen, that how much they won, weekly 40k, and so on, but I dont saw any single topic from them, how and what are they doing exactly. Or how they started this. System topics are very much, and un. AP players often wrotes, that not good system, this is not good, or something is not good with system, or what system players want from roulette, and the only way is like your way, to get to know the wheel.

Thanks.
