Forum mobile friendly?
« on: December 04, 2017, 01:51:02 PM »
Hello, first post.

I was just wondering if this forum will be more friendly to view on mobile phones? The problem now is that the profile takes up half the screen which is fine if its only text, but is not as fine when the post contains pictures. I took two random screenshots to show how it looks like.

It looks alright if you switch to desktop view but this is pretty much the only roulette forum that requires to do that, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thanks.

Making the forum more friendly to small screens is indeed an objective. And you do have a point about the layout. Personally, when reading the forum from mobile I use the landscape view (holding the phone horizontally).
We hope we can offer a better experience in the future.

If you add

at the end of the url you can see a more light and mobile oriented version of the site. Take a look at http://forum.roulette30.com/index.php?topic=1958.0;wap2
Maybe I should look into it to make this version the default on mobile.
Thanks for the feedback.

To do it best is to have two sites, any compromise will make it bad. A moblie must be simpler and to load faster is can not be to heavy. A fiber broadband takes everything
